Got some depressing news at work today. It will cut-out my most hard-up kids. As usual, I found the music of Gillian Welch cathartic (Annabel). To those of you who know her music, I'd like your opinion. Are any of her albums since Revival (her debut) as full of heart and soul?

Check out Mindy Smith sometime (album Long Island Shores). She's a new favorite, and somewhat similar to G.W. If you look up the album on amazon you can watch a music video from one song that's particularly good.
