My sister gave birth to Anya Eileen yesterday at about 10:20. She is absolutely beautiful. Vital statistics: 7 pounds 7 oz. (or right around there) and 21 inches.
Here's a picture of the two cousins. Both were tired, but Braden hadn't quite shut his eyes yet. It's hard to believe that just 3 and 1/2 months ago Braden started out even smaller than that.
Anya is happy and healthy and just amazing to hold and look at and cute as can be.with her platinum blonde hair.

Braden will very much love having a cousin so close to his age! To this day one of my cousins that I'm closest to is just a few months older than me, and as children we were the best of friends. I'm sure Braden and Anya will be too. (It's weird to write Anya and mean a child other than my own...)
