Ford's Foolish Freetalk

Just after Gerald Ford's death his critical comments about George W. Bush were released. Originally, I thought that the comments of the former president lent some credibility to the opinions of the younger Bush's detractors. However, since then it has become apparent that Gerald Ford was a pretty free talking critic of many presidents. Click on the picture below for a news story that lists presidents and what Ford thought of them.

In my opinion, Ford has proven himself to be very unprofessional and unthoughtful by giving these interviews and making the comments that he has made. It's one thing to comment negatively about a particular issue or administration that you feel strongly about. It's quite another to run down a list of our nation's leaders and throw sloppy comments around.

As far as I'm concerned, Gerald Ford has lost credibility.
