Our backyard sand volleyball court, left over from the previous owner...
has been transformed...into a beautiful, green, lawn.
Now we just need to keep it wet for a couple weeks.
I am truly impressed. Come 2 years from now though, baby Koepp will be horrified that you willingly destroyed such a lovely sandbox.
