Sorry for the delay - here are some new photos!

I guess posting pictures on the blog has sort of fallen to me the last few months.  And it looks like I've been a slow-poke about getting some photos up!  I've been starting to think about the Christmas season with all the leaves now gone and colder weather moving in, and I think my Christmas letter theme will be about CHANGE.  My job is undergoing serious restructuring and reorganization.  My position is basically ending, and I'll be going back to floor nursing for the most part.  My staff will be split in two, and some of the newer nurses I've hired and trained may lose their job.  Needless to say, the stress level is almost overwhelming.  One bright, shining star in my dreary days has been, of course, Braden.  Here are a few pics since the beginning of November.  Thanks, little guy, for helping momma get through this uncertain time of change!
