I just finished attending the Fairview Quality Leadership Conference over the past two days. I always look forward to this annual event. It really reignites the passion for what we do in healthcare every day.
One of the keynote speakers this year was Connie Podesta. She really challenged us to think about what we do and why we do it. She was quite funny and had so many good things to say. One of the things she had us do (all 1500 of us) was to take an "on the spot" personality test. This is how it works...
