An ad for leftist candidate Roberto Madrazo says he has "big ones," while conservative Felipe Calderon's ads say, "He's got balls." Using one of the fine silicone models above might give a candidate an advantage, but if word got out, I'd hate to see the dirty campaign adds about fake balls.
